Job summary

Christian Brothers Automotive Willis is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the service department, guide guests through the repair process, and ensure satisfaction. You will manage staff, oversee daily operations, drive revenue, and maintain service quality with integrity.

The role requires strong automotive service sales experience, supervisory background, and proficiency with Windows-based software. Benefits include weekends off, paid vacation/holidays, and healthcare options.

Qualifications

• 5 years work experience in Automotive Customer Service & Service Sales.
• Supervisory or Management experience in the Automotive Industry.
• Proficiency in Windows based computer software and automotive store applications.
• Experience in TekMetric software application preferred, but not required.
• ASE Service Consultant certification or equivalent experience.
• Current driver’s licenses.
• Driving record acceptable to our current insurance carrier.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Revenue Generation: Actively sell automotive services, build customer estimates, and drive store revenue and profit targets.
• Manage office and shop personnel and daily operations.
• Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures as outlined in the current Employee Handbook.
• Take necessary corrective and/or disciplinary action for employee non-compliance.
• Ensure quality of work, attitude, and performance meet guest satisfaction goals.
• Develop estimates and work orders assigned to technicians.
• Direct Service Writers' development of estimates and work orders.
• Open and close stores daily.
• Conduct reconciliations, audits and report analysis.
