Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in automotive service, 5+ years leadership, and ASE certification. The role requires a proactive manager who can balance service excellence with business goals and team development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in automotive customer service and service sales.
• 5+ years of leadership or management in automotive.
• Proficiency in Windows-based software and automotive store apps.
• Experience with TekMetric preferred.
• ASE Service Consultant certification or equivalent experience.
• Current driver's license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage office and shop personnel and daily operations.
• Enforce company policies and performance standards.
• Develop customer estimates and service orders; oversee technicians.
• Ensure quality work, customer satisfaction, and target margins.
• Open/close stores and handle daily financial reconciliations.
• Act as primary customer liaison before, during, and after service.
