Christian Brothers Automotive in Gretna, NE is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead our guest-focused shop. You will guide the team through the repair process, communicate vehicle status, and ensure guest satisfaction from check-in to checkout.

Responsibilities include running daily operations, managing staff, ensuring quality parts and margins, and presenting clear repair options with integrity. We offer a compensation range and benefits with a path to franchise leadership.

Qualifications

• 5 years work experience in Automotive Guest Service & Service Sales.
• Supervisory or Management experience in the Automotive Industry.
• Proficiency in Windows based computer software and automotive store applications.
• Experience in TekMetric software application preferred, but not required.
• ASE Service Consultant certification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shop operations and guest experience.
• Sell services while maintaining honesty and integrity.
• Develop estimates and work orders; direct service writers.
• Ensure quality parts and target margins are achieved.
• Open/close stores; perform reconciliations and report results.
