• Manage office and shop personnel and daily operations.
• Ensure quality of work and customer satisfaction goals.
• Direct service writers and technicians; develop customer estimates and work orders.
• Open and close stores; perform daily accounting closings and reconciliations.
• Represent the store with professionalism and customer care.
