Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Service Manager role.
• Ability to lead and coach staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of exceeding business objectives.
• Knowledge of OSHA laws and MSDS compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians and service personnel, scheduling duties and tracking completion.
• Coach team on operating procedures and safety standards.
• Interact with customers in sales, service, and opportunities.
• Manage parts inventory and purchasing in line with Tire Purchase Program.
• Ensure store safety and compliance with company procedures.
• Inspect and enforce wheel torqueing processes.
