Compensation is expected between $120,000 and $150,000 per year under our pay plans. The role requires previous automotive service management experience and a proven record of high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service management experience is REQUIRED.
• Proven track record of high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Work hands on with Service Advisors to assist customers.
• Manage shop workflow for technician efficiency.
• Oversee the Fixed Right the First Time program and road-test completed vehicles.
• Report to executive management on forecast results, labor rate, and growth opportunities.
• Foster relationships with other departments to coordinate parts and inventory.
• Follow OSHA guidelines for workplace safety.
• Complete training for certification as assigned by management.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
