• Manage inventory, complete required paperwork, and enforce cost controls for profitability.
• Provide service to customer vehicles and explain services; accept payment for services.
• Schedule staff to ensure proper coverage and meet store goals.
• Monitor workflow to ensure timely vehicle service and maintain cash controls.
