• 3+ years’ experience in the automotive repair industry as a technician, service advisor, or service manager required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating knowledge, skills and performance of technicians; provide input on development and promotions.
• Support store performance goals including service sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily work orders and allocate time, tools, and equipment.
