Job summary

VIP is seeking a Manager-in-Training to join our automotive service team. The M.I.T. will learn VIP management processes and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences at their location, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The incumbent will hire and develop associates, manage LMS and vendor training, schedule coverage for all hours, and drive VIP programs and standards to achieve targets. This is a full-time exempt position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading automotive service teams and improving customer experience.
• Strong safety culture and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Ability to plan, train, and develop staff through LMS and vendor training programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace safety is Priority #1 and enforce safety policies.
• Learn VIP processes and lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Hire and develop associates; ensure LMS and vendor training completion and ASE readiness.
• Schedule the team to cover all hours of operation and meet customer needs.
• Communicate with the team daily, conduct huddles, and participate in store meetings.
• Oversee facility and equipment readiness to maintain a clean, compliant location.
