Qualifications

• Two years related experience in automotive service management.
• Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• ASE Certifications P2 – Parts Specialist, G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended.
• State Inspection License required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace safety is Priority #1 and report unsafe conditions or actions.
• Build an Extraordinary Team that delivers a different and better customer experience.
• Schedule the team to meet customer needs across all hours of operation.
• Communicate with the team through daily huddles and bi-monthly store meetings.
• Monitor emails for customer appointments and communication.
• Assist with educating customers about vehicle conditions and solutions.
• Control dispatching and assignment of work orders to technicians as per first available qualified technician.
