This full-time role features a base salary plus commission, with total compensation ranging from $110,000 to $150,000 per year, paid semi-monthly.

You will lead service technicians and staff, maintain high customer satisfaction, monitor expenses, and implement strategies to increase revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an OEM automotive service management role.
• Proven profitability in managing a service department.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Familiarity with dealership software and systems (CDK).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
