Mills Auto Group in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to oversee the service department, drive customer satisfaction, and manage profitability. Base salary plus commission, with total compensation in the six-figure range, paid semi-monthly.

This full-time role is based on-site in the Raleigh area, with opportunities to improve operations and revenue. The position requires strong leadership, automotive knowledge, and experience with dealership software (CDK).

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in an OEM automotive service management role.
• Proven record of success in managing a profitable service department.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with dealership software and systems (CDK).

Responsibilities

• Oversee service department operations and staff.
• Ensure timely, high-quality customer service.
• Monitor profitability and control expenses.
• Develop strategies to grow service revenue.
• Review estimates and invoices for accuracy.
• Oversee parts inventory and ordering.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor staff and foster teamwork.
• Address customer escalations and issues.
