This hands-on role sits between the service bay, front counter, and back office, and provides a path to leadership. The ideal candidate leads by example, communicates clearly, and enjoys building a reliable team customers and coworkers can count on.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment that includes time in the service bay.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills; comfortable using point-of-sale and inventory systems.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Supervision: Support the Store Manager in supervising daily operations, stepping in to lead the location in the manager's absence.
