DARCARS of Jacksonville is hiring an Automotive Service Cashier / Receptionist. As the front-line representative, you greet showroom customers, direct them to the right department, answer basic inquiries, and manage calls with professionalism.

The role includes clerical tasks and assisting the sales team with day-to-day activities. Qualifications emphasize clear communication, customer service, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualificações

• Speak clearly and pleasantly on the telephone and convey professionalism to callers and customers.
• Strong communication skills with customers and DARCARS employees.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet showroom customers and determine the nature of their visit.
• Direct customers to the correct department or salesperson.
• Answer basic inquiries and refer extended questions to the appropriate person.
• Enter data into prospect tracking system.
• Manage switchboard and telecommunication duties.
• Provide professional, friendly communication with callers and customers.
• Take messages with full contact details and route promptly.
• Update and distribute company telephone roster as needed.
• Perform clerical and accounting duties as assigned.
