Responsibilities include greeting customers, documenting service needs, communicating recommendations, coordinating with technicians, and keeping customers updated on status and costs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair services.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Experience with dealership management systems is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
