Findlay Volvo Cars Las Vegas is seeking a Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane. You will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in dealership drive lane operations and customer service.
• In-state driver's license (valid) and clean record.
• Ability to multitask and schedule appointments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out assignments that leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, by phone or in person.
• Ensure daily technician time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Keep customers informed whether their vehicle is in for service and provide repair/maintenance options.
• Maintain positive CSI scores.
