Findlay Volvo Cars Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our dealership team and drive growth in a fast-paced market. You will oversee the sales staff, develop customer relationships, close deals, and train the team to uphold our brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Understanding of inventory control.
• Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM).
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment.
• Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
• Manage, desk, and close deals
• Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
• Provide training and support to the sales staff
• Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
