Job summary

Acura Of Salem is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused team member to join the service drive and help deliver a top-notch customer experience. You will greet guests, route them to the appropriate service area, and assist service advisors with write-ups while maintaining a professional appearance.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, reading and writing skills, math ability, and a valid driver’s license. Competitive pay with benefits is offered after probation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reading skills to read and interpret general business materials.
• Strong writing skills for reports and correspondence.
• Presentation skills to share information with groups.
• Mathematical skills for discounts, percentages, etc.
• Ability to interpret written and oral instructions.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Promote and seek opportunities to deliver a top-notch customer experience.
• Greet customers as they enter the service drive and route guests appropriately.
• Safely drive customers’ vehicles to the off-site parking lot and secure them.
• Collaborate with service advisors to assist with the service write-up process.
• Assist the shuttle driver with customers’ transportation to and from work/home.
• Back up the quick lube department by assisting with write-ups and selling needed services.
• Answer service department calls and schedule service appointments.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
