Job description

The Service Valet plays a key role in delivering an exceptional ownership experience by serving as one of the first and last points of contact for Acura service guests. This position supports the service department by ensuring smooth vehicle flow, maintaining a professional service drive, and upholding Acura’s high standards of customer care and vehicle handling.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet Acura customers promptly and professionally upon arrival and assist with service check-in
• Safely park, retrieve, and stage customer vehicles in accordance with dealership and Acura guidelines
• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient service drive and parking areas
• Perform basic vehicle inspections (mileage, fuel level, exterior condition) and report findings to cashier
• Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and porters to ensure timely vehicle movement
• Follow all safety procedures and protect customer vehicles at all times
• Provide a courteous, polished, and luxury-level experience that reflects the Acura brand

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
