Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Sufficient reading skills to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Strong writing skills for reports, correspondence, and manuals.
• Presentation skills to share information with groups of managers and customers.
• Mathematical skills to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages.
• Ability to interpret and follow written or verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Promote and deliver top-notch customer experience.
• Greet customers entering the service drive and route them appropriately.
• Safely drive customers' vehicles to off-site parking and secure vehicles.
• Collaborate with service advisors to assist with the service write-up process.
• Assist shuttle driver with customer transportation to/from work or home.
• Back up the quick lube department with write-ups and selling needed services.
• Answer service calls and schedule appointments.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
