Job summary

Skyline Ford in Salem, Oregon is seeking a customer‑service oriented team member to support the service drive, greet customers, shuttle vehicles to off‑site parking, and assist service advisors with write‑ups while maintaining a professional appearance.

The role offers hourly pay of $16.50–$18.50 with potential bonuses, a 90‑day probation with benefits including medical/dental, life, vision, and an employee discount program within a full‑time dealership environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong reading skills to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
• Strong writing skills to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, advertising copy
• Presentation skills to share information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
• Mathematical skills to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
• Ability to interpret and follow instructions shared in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Promote and seek out opportunities to deliver a top-notch customer experience.
• Greet customers as they enter the service drive. Route guests appropriately.
• Safely drive customers vehicle to the off site parking lot and secure vehicle.
• Collaborate with service advisors to assist them with the service write up process.
• Assist the shuttle driver with customers transportation to and from work/home.
• Back up our quick lube department by assisting them with customers write up and selling needed services.
• Help with answering service department calls and scheduling service appointments.
• Maintain a professional appearance and professional demeanor.

Benefit Package

Pay range for this position is $16.50-$18.50 per hour. Pay rate is based on experience. This position is eligible for reoccurring performance-based bonuses (spiffs).

After a 90-day probationary period, the following benefits are offered:
