Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote and deliver top-notch customer experience.
• Greet customers entering the service drive and route them appropriately.
• Safely drive customers' vehicles to off-site parking and secure vehicles.
• Collaborate with service advisors to assist with the service write-up process.
• Assist shuttle driver with customer transportation to/from work or home.
• Back up the quick lube department with write-ups and selling needed services.
• Answer service calls and schedule appointments.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Promote and seek out opportunities to deliver a top-notch customer experience.
• Greet customers as they enter the service drive. Route guests appropriately.
• Safely drive customers vehicle to the off site parking lot and secure vehicle.
• Collaborate with service advisors to assist them with the service write up process.

• Back up our quick lube department by assisting them with customers write up and selling needed services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Sufficient reading skills to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
• Strong writing skills to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, advertising copy
• Presentation skills to share information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
• Mathematical skills to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
• Ability to interpret and follow instructions shared in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license

Benefit Package

Pay range for this position is $16.50-$18.50 per hour. Pay rate is based on experience. This position is eligible for reoccurring performance-based bonuses (spiffs).

After a 90-day probationary period, the following benefits are offered:
