Job summary

Acura Of Salem is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused team member to join the service drive and help deliver a top-notch customer experience. You will greet guests, route them to the appropriate service area, and assist service advisors with write-ups while maintaining a professional appearance.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, reading and writing skills, math ability, and a valid driver’s license. Competitive pay with benefits is offered after probation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the shuttle driver with customers’ transportation to and from work/home.

• Answer service department calls and schedule service appointments.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Presentation skills to share information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
• Mathematical skills to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
• Ability to interpret and follow instructions shared in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license

Benefit Package

Pay range for this position is $16.50-$18.50 per hour. Pay rate is based on experience. This position is eligible for reoccurring performance-based bonuses (spiffs).

After a 90-day probationary period, the following benefits are offered:
