Qualifications

• Automotive industry experience required.
• Mechanical background with practical understanding of repairs.

• Initiative and reliable follow-through; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist customers with service questions.
• Assist with dispatching work to technicians and coordinating shop workflow.
• Support advisors with repair orders, customer updates, and follow-through.
• Handle overflow customers during the week.
• Serve as the Saturday advisor, managing check-in, repair recommendations, and vehicle delivery.
