Job summary

Skyline Ford is seeking a Service Operations Lead to partner with the Service Manager across Keizer and South Commercial locations. You will own daily follow-through, coordinate workflow, and help maintain high service standards.

You will lead teams, foster a positive culture, organize meetings, handle phone coverage, and support dispatch and recalls while driving performance. Experience in dealership service and familiarity with CDK and Xtime is a plus; compensation is based on experience.

Qualifications

• Automotive service experience and understanding of scheduling, dispatch, and technician workflow.
• Ability to lead by example, coach employees, and hold people accountable.
• Strong customer service and phone skills to address concerns.
• Excellent organization and comfort with daily performance reports.
• Initiative and good judgment to solve problems and involve the Service Manager when needed.
• Willingness to step in and support the team wherever needed.
• Dealership experience is preferred; CDK and Xtime familiarity is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations at Keizer as needed and coordinate workflow.
• Build a strong store culture and encourage teamwork.
• Facilitate technician and advisor meetings for alignment.
• Provide strong Monday coverage by handling phones and scheduling.
• Support both locations including dispatch at South Commercial.
• Coordinate inventory recalls and follow repairs to completion.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
• Create team challenges to boost productivity and customer experience.
• Track daily performance and assist the Service Manager with financial review.
• Ensure service operations run smoothly and efficiently.
