Job summary

Skyline Ford is seeking a Service Operations Lead to work with our Service Manager across Keizer and South Commercial locations. You will own daily follow-through, support staff, and keep service operations running smoothly to deliver a superior customer experience.

Responsibilities include leading daily operations, facilitating meetings, providing Monday coverage, and helping with dispatch, recalls, and team development. Compensation is based on experience.

Qualifications

• Automotive service experience and understanding of scheduling, advising, dispatch and technician workflow.
• Ability to lead by example, coach employees, and hold people accountable with professionalism and respect.
• Strong customer service and phone skills to address concerns.
• Comfort with numbers and daily performance reports.
• Initiative and sound judgment to solve routine problems.
• Willingness to step in and support the team as needed.
• Experience with dealership systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations at Keizer as needed, coordinating workflow and supporting technicians.
• Foster a strong store culture with accountability and teamwork.
• Facilitate technician and advisor meetings to align priorities.
• Provide Monday coverage by answering phones and scheduling.
• Support both locations, including dispatch and service functions.
• Coordinate inventory recalls and follow repairs to completion.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training and team engagement.
• Create team challenges to boost productivity and service quality.
• Track daily performance and assist with financial reporting.
