Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and help customers with service questions.
• Dispatch work to technicians and coordinate shop workflow.
• Assist advisors with repair orders, customer updates, and follow-through.
• Handle overflow customers during the week.
• Serve as the Saturday advisor, managing check-in, recommendations, and vehicle delivery.
