Job summary

The Colonial Group is seeking an Assistant Manager in Vermont to support the Service Manager in delivering exceptional auto service and a superior customer experience. You will lead a team, ensure safety and process compliance, and help drive VIP programs and SAX results.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, LMS and vendor training, ASE certification preparation, and effective communication to maintain high standards and smooth daily operations at the location.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience in automotive service management.
• Completion of a two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a superior team in the service location.
• Ensure LMS training is completed by all associates.
• Communicate with the team throughout the day and during meetings.
• Oversee safety programs and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Assist in dispatching and assigning work to technicians according to first-available policy.
• Support Service Manager to deliver VIP processes for a better customer experience.
