The role involves safety leadership, team development, and ensuring adherence to VIP processes. Strong communication and automotive service knowledge are essential, with ASE certifications and a state inspection license as preferred qualifications.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience in automotive service management.
• Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety as priority and enforce policies.
• Consult with customers to educate on vehicle condition and MPI results.
• Aim for high SAX scores through exceptional customer engagement.
• Assist Service Manager and lead team to deliver superior customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with team via huddles and meetings.
• Train and support staff, ensuring LMS and vendor trainings are completed.
• Oversee dispatching and assignment of work orders to technicians.
• Attend off-site meetings and trainings as needed.
