Auto Plus in Brownsburg, IN is seeking a Service Desk Associate to greet customers, answer calls, and sell parts and services. You will schedule appointments, explain processes and timelines, and maintain accurate work orders and register transactions.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license; one year of automotive service experience is preferred. This role is on-site with company benefits.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• One year of related experience in the automotive service environment preferred.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• Must have basic knowledge of mathematical concepts and ability to apply formulas to calculate commissions and discounts.

Responsabilidades

• First point of contact for customers on the phone and in the store, engaging customers, scheduling appointments, building trust, understanding needs, communicating processes and timelines, and selling parts and service.
• Organize and manage service business through work orders and register transactions, thorough vehicle inspections, and knowledge of service and replacement parts.
• Assist management in customer care, work orders, register tasks, facility maintenance, and Outside Purchase ordering.
• Adhere to policies related to cash, credit, checks, refunds, and returns; address customer service issues and business opportunities.
• Conduct routine express automotive services (oil changes, tire rotation, wheel alignment, etc.) and perform safety-related services according to SOPs.
