Job summary

The Pep Boys Manny Moe & Jack LLC is seeking an in-store Service Desk Associate to engage customers, schedule automotive appointments, and sell parts and services to keep cars running at peak efficiency. You will handle work orders, maintain accurate register transactions, and support store operations on the sales floor and at the register.

Responsibilities include assisting management with customer care, performing express services, and ensuring safety procedures while upholding company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• One year of related experience in automotive service environment.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• Basic math to calculate commissions and discounts.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for customers in store and on phone; engage customers, schedule appointments, and sell parts and service.
• Process work orders and register transactions; maintain vehicle knowledge and service parts.
• Assist management with customer care, work orders, and store operations while following policies.
• Perform express automotive services such as tire mounting, oil changes, and inspections; ensure safety procedures.
• Maintain organized, clean shop and adhere to company policies and safety rules.
