Job summary

Longo Toyota of Prosper is seeking a GUEST RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVE/RECEPTIONIST to join our team. This position is 100% on-site at Toyota of Prosper in Prosper, TX. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Evening and Saturday shifts are included as part of the schedule. Primary duties include answering calls, welcoming guests, coordinating with staff, and maintaining CRM

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple phone lines.
• Read and comprehend information in English.
• Maintain professional demeanor with guests and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Answer, transfer, and provide information to incoming calls and walk-in guests.
• Direct calls to appropriate parties and maintain efficient call flow.
• Communicate professionally with callers, guests, and vendors.
• Monitor and update information in the CRM system.
• Notify appropriate parties when guests are waiting.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
