Longo Toyota of Prosper is seeking a Service Consultant to join our team onsite in Prosper, TX. You will act as the liaison between guests and technicians, communicating service needs and writing repair orders with accuracy and care.

We value a positive attitude, teamwork, and stellar communication across in-person, phone, and online interactions. Weekend availability is required as schedules vary, and bilingual skills are a plus. This is a full-time on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years automotive diagnostic experience.
• Associate degree is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to read English documents.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Able to work 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Promotes service sales and communicates maintenance needs to guests.
• Manages the vehicle service repair process from arrival to return.
• Provides diagnostic services or repairs to address guest concerns.
• Presents a service menu and provides labor/parts estimates.
• Writes repair orders clearly and verifies pricing accuracy.
• Maintains communication with guests and parts/tech staff.
• Keeps workspace organized and maintains professional appearance.
• Answer guest questions in person, on phone or online.
