You will guide guests through vehicle introductions, match needs to models, demonstrate features, arrange test drives, and guide them through the sales process with transparent pricing and financing options.

No automotive experience is required; we train and develop you, with guaranteed monthly training pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through brand and vehicle introductions.
• Greet customers, assess needs, and provide expert advice.
• Demonstrate vehicles, arrange test drives, and guide through the sales process.
• Negotiate prices and finalize sales contracts.
• Provide excellent guest service and build rapport for repeat business.
• Utilize CRM to maintain records and provide sales data.
