Responsibilities

• Maintain CSI rating as set by service manager.
• Maintain hours-per-repair-order written.
• Greet customers in a timely, friendly and professional manner.
• Communicate with customers to determine nature of mechanical problems.
• Obtain accurate customer and vehicle data.
• Explain repair instructions clearly and legibly on repair orders.
• Provide estimates for labor and parts and obtain payment approvals.
• Follow up on repair progress and changes to estimates.
• Deliver vehicles and answer questions from customers.
• Establish follow-up for additional items found and encourage repeat business.
