LaFontaine Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in Grand Rapids, MI to schedule service work and upsell additional services. You will maintain CSI standards, greet customers, and provide accurate repair estimates while ensuring excellent communication throughout the repair process.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CSI rating as set by service manager.
• Greet customers in a timely, friendly, and professional manner; collect accurate customer and vehicle data.
• Provide estimates for labor and parts; manage open estimates and customer approvals.
• Establish payment method and obtain credit approval when necessary.
• Follow up on each repair order and inform customers of changes in time estimates.
• Deliver vehicle to customer and answer questions.
