Sheridan Auto Group is seeking a Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane. You will be the first point of contact, greet vehicle owners, explain repair steps, and coordinate technician scheduling with professionalism and care.

• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, by phone or in person.
• Optimize daily technician time to meet service demand.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
