Frank Leta Automotive Group seeks a Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane, from greeting owners to explaining repairs. You will coordinate with technicians, manage the flow of service, and ensure timely, courteous interactions to build lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
