Job summary

Frank Leta Automotive Group in Springfield, MO is seeking a Service Advisor to be the first point of contact in the service lane. You will greet customers, explain repair processes, and coordinate technician scheduling to ensure a smooth, professional experience.

You will own the customer journey from drop-off to pickup, deliver concierge service for owner inquiries, and contribute to building lasting relationships through excellent communication and a positive environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane and ensure prompt, courteous, effective service.
• Own the customer's experience by adding value and completing assignments that leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person.
• Ensure daily technician time is efficiently allocated to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians to optimize throughput.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
