Job summary

Victory Chevrolet of Savanah in Savannah, MO is seeking a Service Advisor to oversee service orders and the flow of the service drive, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.

You will provide concierge support for owner inquiries, allocate technician time, distribute work, answer questions about vehicle problems and warranties, and help maintain customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

As a Service Advisor, your responsibilities include overseeing service orders and flow of the service drive to ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. Responsibilities include the following (additional duties may be assigned):

• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary.
• Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards.
• Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations.
