Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Able to communicate the value of our service and repairs.
• Intermediate computer skills and DMS experience.
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining customer bookings calendar and ensure it is always up to date
• Customer check in
• Keeping lines of communication open between service team and customersAssisting the service team with all customer facing aspects of the department
