Job summary

Hendrick Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor to sell, identify, and document service, maintenance, and repair needs for customers. You will schedule service and communicate with customers and technicians to ensure timely completion.

The role requires strong customer service, knowledge of vehicle systems, and the ability to provide accurate cost estimates. Regular attendance, evening/weekend shifts, and a collaborative team environment are expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with service needs and schedule appointments.
• Explain recommended services and provide cost estimates.

• Maintain CSI scores and a clean, safe workspace.
