Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call center or demanding customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Must handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily (80–100 total).
• Strong computer and internet skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a courteous, professional manner following company policies.
• Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to schedule appointments.
• Direct calls to the appropriate departments and take messages as needed.
