Job summary

Sunwise Automotive Group is seeking a Service Receptionist to join Weatherford BMW's service team. The role focuses on delivering a premium customer experience, handling inbound/outbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Ideal candidates bring call center or automotive customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call center, or demanding customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Must be comfortable with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily ranging from a combined 80-100 incoming and outgoing calls daily.
• Strong computer and internet skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in using CRM software, CDK a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Able to work flexible schedules including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner in accordance to all company policies with exceptional telephone skills.
• Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to conduct follow-ups, and make appointments
• Direct phone calls to the appropriate parties as necessary.
• Take written messages for unavailable personnel and relay any messages as soon as possible
• Coordinate questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel.
• Address customer concerns and issues or escalates them as needed.
• Assist with clerical/office tasks, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, sending bills, answering phones, ordering supplies, etc.
• Assist service staff in contacting customers regarding completion of services
• Schedule service appointments and follow-up on leads to ensure customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Maintain and update customer records in our database to ensure accurate tracking of communications and service history.
• Address customer inquiries and provide detailed information about our service department and available promotions.
• Collaborate with service advisors and management to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to service completion.
• Performs other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor
