Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of automotive sales experience.
• Highline dealership experience a plus.
• Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
• Ready to waste no time on learning product ins and outs, eager to improve.
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• CDK experience a plus.
• Ability to drive manual transmission preferred.
• Excellent follow through and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
• Exhibit consultative selling skills and assist customers in selecting a new vehicle by asking questions and listening.
• Determine customers' needs and advise vehicle options and pricing.
• Develop product and sales knowledge to become the vehicle authority.
• Provide quotes and explain financing options with Sales Management.
• Report to Sales Manager on objectives, activities, and analyses.
• Use CRM to follow up with prospective clients, set appointments, and manage leads.
• Demonstrate new vehicles professionally to customers.
• Follow up with buyers to generate referrals.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
