The successful candidate will handle inbound/outbound calls, manage appointments, and maintain accurate customer records while supporting service staff and management in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call center or demanding customer service role, preferably in automotive.
• Must handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls daily (80–100).
• Strong computer and internet skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls courteously and professionally per company policy.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up and schedule appointments.
• Direct calls to appropriate parties and relay messages promptly.
• Coordinate questions with department personnel.
• Address customer concerns or escalate as needed.
• Assist with clerical tasks: scheduling, records, invoices, supplies.
• Schedule service appointments and follow-ups to ensure engagement.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records and service history.
• Collaborate with service advisors to ensure a seamless experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
