Qualifications

• Experience in a call center or demanding customer service role.
• Comfortable handling 80-100 calls daily.
• Proficient with CRM software and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls courteously and professionally.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to schedule appointments.
• Direct calls to appropriate departments and take messages.
• Coordinate with service staff to update customers on completion of services.
• Schedule service appointments and follow up on leads.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service history.
