Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a service advisor role.
• Highline dealership experience preferred.
• Excellent follow-through and communication skills.
• Broad knowledge of vehicle technologies and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Oversee service orders and flow of the Drive Lane; ensure prompt service.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Oversee warranty claims administration and supervise service department staff.
• Distribute work between technicians to maximize efficiency.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, and repairs.
• Communicate repair timelines and updates to customers.
• Follow up with customers on estimates and pick-up times.
• Resolve customer complaints and questions.
