Job summary

Hendrick Toyota Apex is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to liaise between customers and technicians, conveying maintenance needs and service recommendations. You will prepare and explain cost estimates, schedule appointments, and ensure accurate service order production while upholding CSI standards in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and effective communication with customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive or customer service industries.
• Working knowledge of the mechanical operations of vehicles.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customer and technician to identify required maintenance.
• Advise customers on necessary and recommended services.
• Present and explain estimates for parts and labor.
• Schedule appointments and ensure service orders are produced.
• Maintain CSI standards and keep a safe, organized work area.
• Record hours and follow company policies.
• Observe all safety rules and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
