Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford Carrollton is seeking a Service Cashier / Accounts Receivable Collections professional to join our team. You will handle customer payments, review invoices, and keep AR records accurate in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Join a service-focused team where you greet customers, apply payments, monitor past-due balances, and coordinate with Service, Parts, and Accounting to resolve issues. A background in automotive cashiering or collections is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive dealership cashiering, A/R, or collections preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable handling money and discussing account balances with customers.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computers and learning dealership management systems.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license and insurable.
• Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist service customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Process customer payments by cash, check, credit card, and other approved methods.
• Review repair orders and invoices for accuracy.
• Answer customer questions regarding charges, invoices, and account balances.
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate payment records.
• Balance the cashier drawer and reconcile daily transactions.
• Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on past-due balances.
• Contact customers and business accounts regarding unpaid invoices.
• Post and apply payments accurately.
• Research and resolve billing, payment, and account discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate A/R records and collection documentation.
• Work closely with Service, Parts, and Accounting departments to resolve account issues.
• Assist with month-end A/R reconciliation and reporting.
• Escalate disputed or significantly delinquent accounts to management.
